Wilber E. Marshall

SALEM - Wilber E. Marshall passed away peacefully July 26, 2011. Born in San Bernardino, California on July 7, 1927 to Clarence and Edna Marshall. Worked for Sages as a truck driver for many years in California. Moved to Salem in 1965 and worked his blueberry farm until passing. Wilber enjoyed camping, gardening and square dancing. Belonged to the South Salem Seniors and Salem Garden Club. Survivors include his wife of 61 years Julie of Salem, daughter Bonnie (Ken) Wahl of Tacoma, WA. son Jeff (Heather) Marshall of Dallas, OR. daughter, Alison (Vince) Yorke of Colorado Springs, CO. and daughter in law Linda Marshall of Monmouth, OR. 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his son Kerry Marshall on April 4, 2011. Memorial Service is pending at this time but will be held at the Capital Park Wesleyan Church 410 19th St. SE Salem, Oregon 97301 officiated by Pastor Jerry Sloan. Arrangements entrusted to Farnstrom Mortuary, Independence.
