Tony Long, 63 of Corvallis, Oregon passed away January 13, 2013. He grew up in St. Louis Park, MN. He studied graphic design at Moorhead State in MN, graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in business. Tony retired from OSU in 2013 as an Architectural Drafter.
He married his soul mate, Mary in 1989. They were best friends as well as partners in life. Tony was as artist, and he illustrated a Children's Book, "I Love You to Pieces." His interests included golf, football, baseball, travel and most of all, family.
Survivors include wife, Mary; children, Kim Thayer; Jennifer (Jeff) Wheeler; grandchildren, Tristan (Fran) Vega; Aidan; Nathan and Kaden; sister, Cindy (Rick) Pool; and one brother who resides in Colorado.
Contributions should be made to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Cancer Research.
