Obituary, Theodore "Teddy" David Lincoln August 6, 1956 ~ June 28, 2008 Theodore "Teddy" David Lincoln of Independence, Oregon formerly of Kellogg, Idaho passed away quietly in his sleep, with his family at his side. Survivors include is Sisters Kathy Reese, Debbie Bob Barker. His brothers Scott Lincoln, Patrick Barbara Lincoln. He is preceded in death by his parents Theodore and Marjorie Lincoln and older brother Lynn. At Ted's request no services will be held.
