Sylvan Dean Garman of Monmouth, Oregon died May 17, 2005 at his home at the age of 64 years old. Sylvan was born November 9, 1940 in Honner Township, Minnesota to Syril and Mary Lechner Garman Sylvan was in the U.S. Army for 21 years 1957 - 1978 After leaving the service he worked for various organizations until starting with California Public Utilities Commission in 1989 until retirement in February 2005.
