Stephen Ryan Henderson of Independence - Son, Brother, Friend - passed away on Monday, July 11th, 2016 at his family's home in Independence.
Ryan was born July 20th, 1979 to Rosie and Robert Henderson. He attended McKay High School.
Ryan was known for his huge heart, thoughtfulness, many pair of tennis shoes and his crazy socks.
He has been a valued member of a T-Mobile team since 2014 and was appreciated for his smile, bright positive outlook, and ability to connect with customers. His sense of humor and listening skills made him beloved by his family and co-workers.
Ryan had a special place in his heart for the Special Olympics where he volunteered. He loved children and family.
Ryan is survived by his mother, Rosie Sagers; stepfather, Tom Sagers; father, Robert Henderson; stepmother, Terry Henderson; brother, Aaron Henderson; sister, Andrea; nieces, Oceana and Indigo; and many more loved aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ryan was preceded in death by his Grandma Dora Armstrong, and brother, Robert Willer.
Ryan's big smile and huge heart will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at the Cornerstone Church in Independence on Saturday, July 23rd, 2016 at 11:00am. All are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Special Olympics of Oregon, www.soor.org , on behalf of Ryan Henderson.
