Ruth Ann Brooks

Ruth Ann Rammer grew up in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.  After getting her college degree, she moved on to New York for work.  Not satisfied with the cold weather, she settled in Redondo Beach, California.  On October 14, 1993, she married Joe Brooks, a native of Southern California.  September 2003 they moved to Independence, Oregon.  She passed away peacefully in her home on December 12, 2017.

Ruthy lived to travel.  She took a tour to China in her younger years.  While residing in Oregon, she took a cruise to Alaska.  With Joe, she flew over 1100 hours in their airplane all over the United States.  She was a member of the local Red Hatters Club and Fiber Arts group.  She loved to read and sew.
