Russell L. Betts March 23, 1915 ~ November 26, 2009 Russell Louis Betts of Albany, Oregon formerly of Independence, Oregon passed away November 26, 2009 in McMinnville, Oregon at the age of 94. Russell was born March 23, 1915 in Oshkosh, Nebraska to Louis and Della Belle Betts. Russell worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for Inn at Spanish Head in Lincoln City. Survivors include his son John Betts of Hillsboro, Oregon and Daughter Judy Edwards of Albany, Oregon. In is preceded in death by his wife Ida B. Betts. At his request no services will be held. Private interment will be at Restlawn Memory Gardens in West Salem.
