Rose Ellen Weston of Monmouth, Oregon passed away May 1st at her home at the age of 82. Rose was born August 14, 1928 in Urbana, Illinois to William and Eva Collins Hutson.
Rose worked as a nurse's aide for many years. Lived in Arkansas with her first husband Charles Ervin who preceded her in death 1992. Moving to Monmouth, Oregon in 2006 when she married William Henry Weston who also preceded her in death 2009. Rose was a member of Cornerstone Church of God in Independence. She enjoyed listening to Christian music, reading the bible and visiting with people and all her neighbors.
Survivors include her daughter Dorothy Combee of Sulphur Rock, Arkansas, Son; Danny Ervin Sr. of Judsonia, Arkansas, Son; Larry Ervin of Puyallup, Washington, Step-Daughter; Roberta Wood of Keizer, Oregon, brother; Donald Hutson of Oklahoma, sisters; Juanita Hutson of Tennessee, Alice Hutson of Illinois. 16 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a son, Jerry Ervin in 1952.
Visitation will be 10am to Noon on Thursday May 5th at Farnstrom Mortuary with graveside services following at 1pm at Hilltop Cemetery in Independence.
