Rose Marie Parma Orgovan

Rose Marie Parma Orgovan February 3, 1927 ~ April 7, 2009 Rose Marie Parma Orgovan of Monmouth, Oregon died April 7, 2009 at her home at the age of 82. Born February 3, 1927 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania to Joseph & Josephine Wells. On April 20, 1945 she married Joseph Orgovan and moved to Oregon in 1945 from Joffre, Penn. Rose worked for OCE now Western Oregon University as a housekeeper and also worked for Monmouth City Hall retiring in the mid 80's. Rose enjoyed gardening, collecting bells, cooking, State quarters and trips to the casino. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Orgovan in 1985. Brothers, Sam and Anthony, sisters Madelyn and Elizabeth. Survivors included her two sons Joe and Martin of Monmouth, Oregon and Sister Teresa of Pennsylvania. Services will be 2:00pm Monday April 13th at Farnstrom Mortuary in Independence with interment following at Smith Cemetery in Monmouth.
