Obituary, Robert Jantze September 26, 1938 ~ April 22, 2009 Robert Jantze of Salem, Oregon passed away April 22, 2009 at the age of 70. Robert was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish and dig for clams. He grew up with a love for baseball and also loved racquetball. His hobbies were politics and feeding squirrels in the backyard. He was married for 48 years and was loved by his wife and 3 children. Survivors include his wife Sandra Jantze of Salem, Oregon, Sons, Scott and Rex Jantze of Portland, Oregon, Daughter, Sara Jantze of Portland, Oregon, brothers Curt of Bend, Oregon and Clyde of South Carolina. Funeral Service will be 11:00am Wednesday April 29th at Farnstrom Mortuary in Independence. Graveside Service will follow at 3:00pm at Belcrest Memorial Park.
