Richard Charles Lee December 23, 1950 ~ November 22, 2009 Richard Charles Lee of Dallas, Oregon passed away November 22, 2009 at his home in Dallas at the age of 58. Richard was bon December 23, 1950 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Spent his youth in Oklahoma before moving to Oregon in 1973 and settling in Dallas, Oregon in 2007. In 1977 he married Ramona Frink in Salem, Oregon. Together they just celebrated 32 years of marriage days before his passing. Richard worked various jobs but last he was self employed Pilot Car Driver and a talented artist. Richard loved his family, sons and friends. Survivors include his wife Ramona Lee of Dallas, Oregon, Son William Christy Lee of Salem, Oregon and Son, Waylon Tonya Lee of Mesa, Arizona and several grandchildren.
