Rhona W. Schneider (Miller) of Dallas died May 1, 2014. She was born in Racine, WI to Louis W. and Claire M. Miller on October 3, 1927. Rhona was married to Richard L. Schneider in 1950 and together they raised three children.
Rhona was a registered nurse in Wisconsin and Maryland. In Maryland Rhona volunteered at Hospice. Everyone who knew Rhona agreed her feisty nature and sense of humor made her special. Her delight was spending time with her grandson Jonathan. Rhona was preceded in death by her husband Richard, sons: Daniel R. Schneider and Jonathan R. Schneider; brothers: Louis W. Miller and Donald P. Miller.
Survivors include her son David P. Schneider his wife Ruth and their son Jonathan and her brother Roger W. Miller.
A celebration of life will be held Wednesday May 7 at 5 pm at Farnstrom Mortuary in Independence.
