Ralph Bernard "Bernie" Ruiz of Dallas, Oregon passed away April 2, 2012 at the age of 68.
Ralph was born October 21, 1943 in Los Angeles, California to Ralph and Alice Ruiz. In 1960 he proudly enlisted to serve his country in the U.S. Air Force and was honorable discharged in 1964. After the military he was an apprentice lithographer and then got a journeyman's card. Attended the Graphic Art Institute in San Francisco in 1996. Moved to Dallas, Oregon in September 1997, he had a home based computer repair business. Ralph enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his daughters Dawn Rodriguez of Monroe, Washington and Alicia Dove of Atlanta, Georgia, 2 grandchildren and he is also survived by his ex-wife Kathryn McPhail.
At his request no services will be held.
