Phyllis Wilson November 24, 1922 ~ April 13, 2008 Phyllis Wilson of Monmouth, Oregon went to the Lord Sunday April 13, 2008 at her home at the age of 85. Born November 24, 1922 in Baker Montana to Wallace and Edith Ettles, she was born 6th out of 15. As a child she moved to Ellensburg, Washington after graduating from High School she went to work for Boeing assembling bombers during WWII. She met Howard Wilson and they were married June 20, 1948 in Ellensburg, WA. Phyllis and Howard lived in Alaska, Pendleton, Manzanita and settling in Monmouth in 1998. Phyllis enjoyed macerating, puzzles, gardening. She was active in church, senior center and enjoyed volunteering at the nursing home.
