Obituary ~ Patricia Jean Butolph September 15, 1948 ~ October 25, 2009 Patricia Jean Butolph of Perrydale, Oregon formerly of Independence, Oregon passed away October 25, 2009 at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon. She was 61 years old. Patricia was born September 15, 1948 in Salem, Oregon to Leroy and Dorothy Ridenour. Graduated from Central High School in 1966 and spent her whole life in Independence. Patricia enjoyed crafts, hunting and spending time with family and friends. Patricia is survived by her son Shawn Butolph of Perrydale, Oregon. Proceeded in death by her parents and sister Susan. At Patricia's request no services will be held.
