Nelda Lenore Hoover of Salem, OR. passed away October 21, 2010 at the age of 92.
Nelda was born in Salem, Oregon November 5, 1917 to Ralph and Blanche Crum. Worked at the Oldsmobile dealership in Salem after high school and later married Melford Hoover and then became a house keeper the rest of her life.
Survivors include her sons, Robert D. Hoover of Keizer, David P. Hoover of Independence, Joel A. Hoover of West Salem, Samuel M. Hoover of Newberg and a sister Opal Trowbridge of Quantzite, Arizona. 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband Melford and brother Norman Crum.
Visitation will be 9am to 12pm Tuesday October 26th at Farnstrom Mortuary in Independence.
Graveside service will be 2pm Tuesday October 26th at Belcrest Memorial Park in Salem.
