Marilyn May Nelson, 72, of Salem, died Oct. 10 in Salem.
Marilyn loved going shopping, to coffee, karaoke, night clubs, and church on Sundays. She was a member of Dayspring Fellowship Church in Keizer, and truly enjoyed her church family. She had a passion for Jesus, horses, her cat and family. She will be remembered for her big heart, being caring and honest, and putting a smile on anyone's face.
Survivors include her sister, Rosemary Nelson and extended family.
Celebration of life is Friday at 10 a.m. at Dayspring Fellowship Church in Keizer.
