Obituary, Margaret A. Phillips October 28, 1930 ~ August 10, 2008 Margaret A. Phillips of Independence, Oregon passed away August 10, 2008 at the age of 77. Margaret was born October 28, 1930 in Yadkin County, North Carolina to Everett and Mattie Pilcher. She was a member of the Monmouth Senior Center and Ash Creek Bible Church. Survivors include her sons Frank Andrew "Andy" Phillips of Monmouth, Randall Paul Phillips of Keizer, Daughters; Ronda Lynn Phillips of Independence, Margaret E. Weidner of Benton City, WA. Sisters; Dorothy Elliott, Ruby McMahan of High Point, N.C., Barbara Sue Lowe of North Wilkesboro, N.C., brothers; Charles L. Pilcher, Kenneth Wade Pilcher and Troy Logan Pilcher of Highpoint N.C. 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents Everett and Mattie Pilcher, Sister Helen Hinson.
