Lilia was born June 6, 1928 in Laredo, Texas to Lazaro and Felipa Rubio Paredes. In 1949 Lilia Married Jose Gil in Laredo, Texas Moved to Independence in 1962 from Corpus Christi, Texas. Lilia enjoyed sewing, flowers, knitting and bingo. Survivors: Jose Gil Husband Independence, Oregon Juan Gil Son Denton, Texas Jose Gil Jr. Son Independence, Oregon Edward Gil Son Independence, Oregon Hilda Salinas Daughter Independence, Oregon Anabel Rincon Daughter Monmouth, Oregon 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren Rosary will be 6:00 pm Monday January 29th at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 am Tuesday January 30th. at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Vault Interment following at Hilltop Cemetery in Independence.
