Kelly Jean Lynch of Philomath died Dec. 10, 2014.
Kelly was born into a military family. She traveled around the world and then settled down in the Corvallis area with her longtime partner, Jerry Hibbs, and raised his family.
Kelly enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping with her family and friends. She loved working with clay, and made beautiful silk flower arrangements to delight everyone. She will be missed by many.
Survivors include her life partner, Jerry Hibbs; stepson, Craig Hibbs; stepdaughter, Sandy Hibbs; father, Gordon P. Lynch; brother, Gordon P. Lynch II; and sister, Bethany Lynch Flande. She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Haphey; and brother, Douglas B. Lynch.
A celebration of life will take place at 1 p.m. Dec. 19 at Pedee Memorial Evangelical Church, 12995 Kings Valley Highway. Pastor Daniel Russell will officiate.
Farnstrom Mortuary in Independence is in charge of arrangements.
