Julie Camilla Marshall

Will & Julie raised 3 kids (Kerry, Bonnie, & Jeff) in San Bernardino, California and moved the family up to Salem in 1963. Building her dream house and growing blueberries on the Blue Meadows named ranch. Alison was born in 1971 being the only Oregonian. Will worked the blueberries and made them into a family run business. Julie’s love of art made many beautiful pictures and painted a large mural at Salem Heights Elementary School. Her love of art came from her mother Vernie has passed the love of art to future generations. Square dancing was a large part of their lives for many years and they belonged to the Salem “Red Hots” square dance club. Julie worked many years for the Salem Schools in both Administrative Office down town and at various schools. Will went to be with the Lord on July 26, 2011 at age 84, and Kerry preceded on April 4, 2011 at age 58. Julie is survived by her children Bonnie, Jeff, Linda (Kerry’s Wife), & Alison. Also 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 9, 1 pm at Capital Park Wesleyan Church, 410 19th St SE, Salem, OR 97301.
