Dallas - Judy passed away on June 4, 2015 at the age of 68. She was born in Lakeview, Oregon on July 26, 1946, the 7th child of Albert and Ona Burgess.
On April 12, 1986, Judy married Turney Wood in Dallas, Oregon. They have five children: Leslie, Sheila, Ray, Shannon and Tim. She was preceded in death by her brother Calvin Burgess, and is survived by her husband; five children, brother Ardyth; sister June; twin brother John; 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Judy was a homemaker, and was known for her babysitting, and cooking the best meals in town for her family. She loved church and God. Her passions were garage sales, dog-cocoa, and spending time with grandkids. Always happy, always loving, she had a beautiful smile and a good sense of humor. Her attitude, cooking and baking made a difference in the lives of others. Her dream was to have better health so she could spend more time with her family.
