Joseph Frank Matteo

Joseph Frank Matteo of Independence, Oregon passed away February 23, 2010 at the age of 83. Joseph moved to Oregon in 1966 from New Jersey, settling in Dallas then later to Independence. He worked at a machinist for printing equipment, saw mill and farming equipment. Joseph enjoyed watching television "Judge Judy", Nursery, Ponds, Building things, talking to people, concrete work, cats, he was always busy doing something.
Joseph is a Past Member of the Machinist Union and Past Member of the ELKS Lodge.
Survivors include his wife Mary Lou of Independence, Daughter; Mary Louise (Robert) Gardner of Oxnard, California, Sons: Joseph (Nin) Matteo of San Diego, California, Edward (April) Matteo of Independence, Oregon, 8 granddaughters, 3 great grandchildren.
