Obituary, Joe C. Rocha December 16, 1925 ~ April 5, 2007 Joe C. Rocha of Dallas, Oregon died April 5, 2007 at the age of 81. Joe was born December 16, 1925 in Artesia, California to John C. and Maria Rocha. In 1948 he married Juanita V. Schweitzer in Phoenix, Arizona. Joe worked in California as a Dairyman and also worked on the oil fields. Moved to Falls City in 1969 lived there for 11 years before moving to Dallas, he worked for Dallas Co Op for 12 years retiring in 1982 due to health problems. Joe loved to doing woodworking, gardening and enjoyed to travel. He was studying to become a member at the Dallas Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall.
