Joanne F. Miller, resident of Monmouth, Oregon, passed away on January 28th, 2019 at the age of 74.
Joanne was born in McMinnville, Oregon on April 11, 1944 to John Z. Kaufman and Margaret M. Rhoades Kaufman. Joanne attended Sweet Home High until her Junior year, and then went on to graduate from Sheridan High. On July 26, 1975, Joanne married Franklin L. Miller in Independence, Oregon. She worked as a beautician at Joanne’s Beauty Shop on C Street in Independence. She was a member of Baptist Church of Independence. In her free time, Joanne could be found baking goodies for her friends and neighbors.
Services are being held at Baptist Church of Independence on February 8th, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. Memorial contributions can be made to the Gate Youth Association, P.O. Box 453, Independence, Oregon. Farnstrom Mortuary is caring for the family. Please leave memories and condolences for the family to cherish.
