Ida B. Betts

Ida B. Betts of Albany, Oregon died October 2, 2004 she was 81 years old. Ida was born in Byers, Colorado to John and Francis Twombly, she was the oldest of 8 kids 6 sisters and 2 brothers. Ida was raised in Byers and moved to Oregon in 1947. She was married April 19, 1941. She moved to Lincoln City in 1959, moved to Independence in 1978, moved to Forest Grove in 1992 then to Albany, Oregon in 2004 to live with her daughter. Ida enjoyed crocheting and enjoyed keeping in touch with family. Survivors: Husband Russell, Son John, Daughters, Judy, Rose, Dorothy, Lois, JoAnn, Brother Aaron 4 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren Contributions: Evergreen Hospice of Albany.
