Helen Eleanor Williams passed away in Portland on March 29 at the age of 87. She was born December 26, 1928 to Clifford Jack and Caroline Agnes (Peterson) Cox on December 26, 1928 in Hoskins, Oregon.
Eleanor will be buried at Hilltop Cemetery next to her parents. No services are planned at this time.
