Obituary, Gwendolen A. Tepner June 27, 1918 ~ December 12, 2007 Gwendolen A. Tepner of Dallas, Oregon passed away December 12, 2007 at the age of 89. Gwen was born June 27, 1918 to William and Myrtle Connor Cranford in Siron, Wisconsin. Gwen worked as a secretary & bookkeeper for J.C. Penny Co. She was a member St. Paul's Church in Plainview, Nebraska and was a president of the Altar Society. Gwen was also member of the Elk's Lodge and enjoyed sewing and golfing. She married Ellsworth Tepner on August 19, 1939 and he passed away on January 2, 1982.
