George Verl Reddell

Obituary, George Verl Reddell February 16, 1916 ~ July 11, 2008 George Verl Reddell of Independence, Oregon passed away at his home at the age of 92. Born in Cave Creek, Arkansas of February 16, 1916 to Floyd and Goldie Reddell. He was a retired farmer. On August 1, 1939 he married Alice Ruth Nix. This August they would have celebrated 69 years of marriage. Verl was a member of the Church of Christ in Monmouth. Survivors include his wife Alice Nix Reddell of Independence, daughters; Dorothy May Floyd of Independence, and Linda Bunn of Lighthouse Point, Florida, Son; Glen Reddell of Albany, 3 sisters; Maxine Wadlington of Turlock, California, Verbal Pagala of Stockton, California, Norma Gadberry of Caruthers, California. 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be 1pm to 5pm Monday July 14th at Farnstrom Mortuary. Funeral Service will be held 10am Tuesday July 15th at the Church of Christ in Monmouth with committal service following at Hilltop Cemetery in Independence.
