Freddie Louise Myers, 85, of Monmouth, Oregon passed away at home under the care of her family and hospice.

She was born May 5, 1925 to Ernest and Beulah Rowden in Galena, Kansas. She married Harrison Myers of Galena on April 25, 1941 in Joplin, Missouri. Moving to Monmouth in April of 1943 to be closer to Harrison who was in the Marines. She worked as a nurse aid to camp Adair during the war. She maintained her home and was a wonderful wife, mother and had a very gracious spirit.

She is preceded in death by her husband Harrison. Surviving are her daughter Toni Hampton, sons; Harrison Jr., Daniel and Joseph, sisters; Myrna of Modesto, California and Donna of Hawaii. 12 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday June10th from 1-5pm at Farnstrom Mortuary.

Graveside vault interment will be 11:00am Friday June 11th at Fir Crest Cemetery in Monmouth. Reception will follow at Cornerstone Christian Center in Independence.
