Freda was born September 6, 1925 in Siloan Springs, Arkansas to Nathan and Velma (Clark) Leach. Moved to Oregon in 1955 from Fresno, California and to Independence from Eugene in 1959. Freda enjoyed Knitting, Sewing and Reading.
At her request no services will be held.
Cremation arrangements entrusted to Farnstrom Cremation Center under the direction of Farnstrom Mortuary.
