Franklin Leroy Miller, resident of Monmouth, OR passed away on April 22, 2015 at the age of 71. He was born to Theron and Virginia Miller in Portland, OR on February 24, 1944, and graduated from Central High School in 1962, and worked as a mechanic and service station attendant. On July 26, 1975, Franklin married Joanne Kauffman at First Presbyterian in Independence, Oregon.
Franklin loved his wife and family. He loved to talk and tell stories from younger years. He enjoyed traveling to Hawaii, Alaska, Arizona, and their many trips to the Oregon Coast. He also enjoyed family get-togethers and playing horseshoes and pool. He had a giving spirit, helping out many people. His dream that all his family will one day join him in heaven.
Franklin was a member of First Baptist Church of Independence. He enjoyed his church and loved the Lord.
