Born in Flagstaff, Arizona , graduated from Arizona & University of Kansas. Navy Veteran of WWII & Korean War. Carl worked as a assistant Chief Electrical Engineer with Los Angles Department and Power retiring in 1980. Resident of Sedona Arizona for 25 years.
