Obituary, Flavia Flo Rizzo June 8, 1923 ~ March 14, 2006 Flavia Flo Rizzo of Monmouth, Oregon died March 14, 2006 at the age of 82. Flavia was born June 8, 1923 to Joseph and Apolonia Napolean Casini in Dudley, Pennsylvania. Moved to Monmouth, Oregon in 1990 from Trenton, New Jersey. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Independence. Preceded in death by her husband Jack Rizzo Sr. daughter Sandra Peak, brothers Frank and Gino Sisters Angelina, Demenica and Emma. Survivors are her son and daughter in law Jack and Betty-Ann of Hamilton, N.J. sister Dora DeJoseph of Monmouth, Oregon and Clara of Hershey, PA. Memorial Service will be held 11:00am Monday March 20th at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Independence.
