Eva Marie Bayliss of Turner, Oregon died August 5, 2005 at her home in Turner, Oregon she was 67 years old. Eva was a 49 year resident of Marion County living for 23 years in the Fruitland area NE of Salem before moving to Turner in 1979. She was born in Prineville, Oregon and graduated from Crook County High School in 1956. Eva began her career with public school district as a school bus driver. She became a driver trainer and ended her career as the assistant manger of Pupil Transportation in 1995. She served as chapter president for the Salem chapter of Oregon School Employees Association and State President of OSEA for 2 years. She was also president of Oregon Pupil Transportation Association. Eva enjoyed Quilting, Gardening. She was a member of Mid Willamette Valley Quilt Guild and Salem Hardy Plant Society.
