Born September 25, 1914 in Dayton, Ohio to Mark & Eve Phinney. Elizabeth graduated from Philomath, High School in 1932 as Valid Victorian of her class. Married William Lee Luton January 1, 1933 he preceded her in death on June 21, 1982. On November 10, 1985 she married T.J. Adams and he proceeded in death on June 12, 2000. Elizabeth enjoyed traveling and farming.
