Donald William Scott of Independence, Oregon passed away at Heron Pointe Assisted Living Facility on Monmouth on February 24th at the age of 77.
Donald was born in Eugene, Oregon to Dean & Sally (Bates) Scott on December 28, 1933. Donald worked professionally with the United States Air Force and Army. After his military career he then worked in the insurance business as a estimator.
Survivors include his wife Beverly of Monmouth, Oregon and Step-Son Mark Powell of Tigard, Oregon.
