Debra Anne Ribble

Debra (Debbie) Anne Ribble passed away on February 11th, 2024 at the age of 62 in Salem, Oregon. Her husband Larry was by her side. Debbie was born on June 30th, 1961, in Dallas, Oregon to Harold Briggs and Delores Johnson. She graduated from Central High School in Monmouth, Oregon in 1979, and not long after, she met the love of her life Lawrence (Larry) Guy Ribble I. They married on September 18th, 1981. Together, they began a wonderful full life based in Salem, Oregon. Debbie and Larry raised two children: Lawrence Guy Ribble II and Nicole Irene Ribble. Debbie enjoyed spending her time cooking for her family and being the best at making fresh bread. She loved to read anything she could get her hands on and take walks with the dog. She really had a love for all animals. Among the many qualities Debbie was blessed with was her ability to help in any way she could. She would volunteer her time and eAort to help in any way she knew how. Larry had this to share about Debbie: “To sum it up, she is the best of pretty much everything. From the beginning, she has been my lover and my best friend. We connected from the start in ways I could have never thought possible. Like she always said, ‘We grew up together.’ No truer or better words were ever spoken. She was always there whenever a volunteer of any kind was needed. Best cook you could ever ask for. She was the most loving and caring mother.” Debra is survived by her husband Lawrence (Larry) Guy Ribble I, her son, Lawrence Guy Ribble II, her daughter, Nicole Irene Ribble, Granddaughter, Lillianne Lee Ribble, and Grandson, Lawrence (Rory) Guy Ribble III. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Willamette Valley.
