Debra was born on January 3, 1958 in Longview, Wash to Jack & Laura Moothart. Debby passed away on July 27, 2011 from heart failure. In 1970 Debby moved to Independence, Ore. with her parents when they purchased Moothart's Market. In 1976 she graduated from Central High School. After graduation Debby worked at Moothart's Market until 1999 and then went on to work for the State of Oregon prior to her major heart attack in 2008.
Debby is survived by her mother; her sister, Dian Wolfe of Longview, Wash,; brothers, Michael of San Francisco, Robert of Sublimity, and Jack of Portland, in addition to numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father in 2002; and nephew, Eric in 1988
Visitation will be 2:00pm to 5:00pm Friday July 29th with Rosary at 5:00pm both at Farnstrom Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be 10:00am Saturday July 30th at St. Patrick Catholic Church with interment following at Hilltop Cemetery in Independence.
Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association in care of Farnstrom Mortuary 410 Monmouth St. Independence, Oregon 97351 who is entrusted to funeral arrangements.
