David Albright Taray

Obituary, David Albright Taray January 31, 1953 ~ July 27, 2008 David Albright Taray of Independence, Oregon passed away Sunday, July 27th at the Salem Hospital at the age of 55. David was born in Sunbury, Pennsylvania on January 31, 1953. He graduated from Sunbury High School in 1971. After high school he worked for Pennsylvania Railroad for 10 years, later David spent most his life as a long haul truck driver. He loved the outdoors, enjoyed visiting the wildlife refuges and was known as a generous person. Survivors include his parents Marjorie and George Taray of Independence, sister; Sherry Taray-Palmer of Perth, West Australia and brother; Steve Taray of Independence. Memorial Mass will be held 11:00am Thursday July 31, 2008 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, with fellowship following in Cornish Hall at St. Patrick's.
