Clarabelle has gone to be with the Lord, and her life partner of 60 years,
Bob Connelly, who passed in 2004. They lived in this area since 1958, while raising their surviving 5 children, Pat, Barb, Rob, Ernie and Jane. Clara and Bob enjoyed raising their 5 kids and did a wonderful job. They have 2 Grand children Julie and Shaylyn and 2 Great Grand children Gavin and Zoie.
Everyone knew "The Cake Lady" as she loved baking and decorating
cakes for many generations of this community. Always taking every opportunity, to brighten your day with a warm smile and comforting hug.
Clara was an artist, she loved painting covered bridges and crocheting.
She was a seamstress and quite the fisherwoman, she enjoyed making and collecting Shirley Temple dolls.
We will be having a Celebration Of Life Service at River View Park in Independence, OR on July 17, 2010 at 11:00 AM. The family of Clarabelle would be honored to have her extended family and friends join us.
