Obituary ~ Charlotte Ann Vincent December 19, 1949 ~ April 20, 2009 Charlotte Ann Vincent of Independence, Oregon passed away April 20, 2009 at her home in Independence at the age of 59. Charlotte grew up in Independence and attended schools there. She became a registered nurse and worked in Oregon and Alaska. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Independence, and performed there often as a pianist. She worked as a volunteer at the Willamette Valley Humane Society. She enjoyed singing as well. Survivors include her brother Dennis Newton of Lebanon, Oregon, Nephew Patrick Newton of Gresham, Oregon, Nieces Katie Schaub of Independence, Holly Schmadeka of Lebanon, Oregon and Laurene Newton of Lebanon, Oregon, 3 great nephews. Memorial Service will be 2:00pm Saturday May 2, 2009 at the Independence First Baptist Church. Contributions can be made to Willamette Valley Humane Society PO Box 13005 Salem, OR. 97309.
