Charles Ray Pugh, or "Chuck" to some, passed away in Independence on November 15, 2019 at the age of 71. He was born on December 27, 1947 in Eugene, Oregon to Albert Ray and Viola Margerat (Boschee) Pugh. He was a Vietnam veteran and received three medals: the Vietnam Campaign Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.
Charles enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting with his family. He devoted 40 years of his life to working for the same company, Lektro Inc. as an electrical engineer. He also helped design and build the airport tugs that the company is well known for today.
Preceded in death by his oldest son, Shawn Ray Pugh, his siblings include Myrtle, Dee and Nina; sons Arlen Pugh, David Pugh and Carl Lawrence Pugh, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Charles is definitely at peace now that he is finally at home with his one true love, Becky.

After the service, there will be light refreshments and a get-together at Dee Longoria's house, 9820 N Exeter Ave, Portland, OR 97203.
