Catherine loved to write poetry and lived for her family. She was mom and took care of everyone. She never judged anyone, and loved everyone. Her dream was to have her family together.
Catherine is survived by daughters Bobbie Lilly of Dallas; Kimberly Lilly of Salem; son James Lilly of Salem; daughters Shawna Vaughn of Kentucky; Mandy Vaughn of Independence; Charla Vaughn of Salem; Amy Vaughn of Independence; Kimberlin Vaughn of Salem; 23 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 2 pm at First Baptist Church, 1505 Monmouth St, Independence. Arrangements are under the care of Farnstrom Mortuary. Please share your memories and condolences at FarnstromMortuary.com.
