Carol Ann Nichols passed away in a traffic accident on May 11, 2019 at the age of 64. She was born to James and MariLee Napier on September 24, 1954 in Chattanooga, TN.
A Mass of Christian Burial is planned for Tuesday, June 25, 10:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church, 1077 N 6th Ave, Stayton, OR, with a Rosary preceding at 10 am. Interment will be at Fir Crest Cemetery, Monmouth.
