Carol was born in West Virginia to George and Opal Richards. Carol grew up in Portland, Oregon attended Girls Polytechnic High School. Carol enjoyed reading and crocheting.
Survivors included her husband Jerry of Monmouth, daughters; Janine of Pendleton, Angel of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Heather Rose of Salem, Sons; Dan of Eugene, Stewart of Salem, David of Union City, John of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, various grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
At her request no services will be held.
