Carlos Ray Slay

Carlos Ray Slay December 24, 1956 ~ May 10, 2009 Carlos Ray Slay of Mill City, Oregon passed away May 10, 2009 at the age of 52. Carlos was in the Air Force from 1972-1975. Survivors include his children Laquida Slay, Mark Slay, Carl R. Slay, Cassandra Slay, Carley Slay, Brothers and Sisters; Jean Slay-Gueths, Kathleen Jones, Carole Ellis, Floyd Slay, Joseph Slay and numerous nieces and nephews was very loved by also know as UNCLE.
