SALEM - William Morris "Billy" Noble, Jr. passed away in Salem on May 13, 2014 at the age of 79. He was born March 3, 1935 in Morehead, Kentucky to William Morris Noble, Sr. and Margaret (Steven) Noble. His grandmother was Ollie Steven.
Billy was a member of SPARC. He loved collecting photos and showing them to his friends, and his passion was strawberry ice cream. He will be remembered with great affection by his many friends and PCL family
A viewing was held at Farnstrom Mortuary on May15, from 3-7 pm, followed by a graveside service Friday, May 16, 2 pm at Smith Cemetery (next to Fir Crest Cemetery, south of Monmouth). A memorial service will be held Friday, June 6, 3 pm - 4:30 pm at the office of Partnerships in Community Living (PCL), 480 E Main Street, Monmouth. Farnstrom Mortuary is handling arrangements.
