Obituary, Andrew L. Micek November 17, 1959 ~ August 4, 2007 Andrew L. Micek of Monmouth, Oregon passed away August 4, 2007 at the age of 47. Andrew was born November 17, 1959 in Salem, Oregon to John and Neoma Micek. Raised is whole life in the Monmouth / Independence area graduating from Central High School. He worked for Marquis Spa then as a cabinet maker in Salem. Andrew enjoyed making walking sticks, crafts and the Independence Farmers Market. He also enjoyed growing his herbs.
