William H. "Bill" Lang May 8, 1951 ~ June 9, 2009 William H. "Bill" Lang of Independence, Oregon formerly of Dallas, Oregon passed away June 9, 2009 at his home in Independence at the age of 58. Bill recently retired from Pepsi Co. on May 1, 2009. He was adventurous and loved to take trips with his wife Linda to Seattle, the Oregon Coast. His interests were classic rock music, WWII planes and he enjoyed the beauty of flowers. Survivors include his wife Linda Luella married July 14, 2007 of Independence, Oregon, Daughter, Katie Brandon Harris of Dallas, Oregon, Son, Roger Anderson of Dallas, Oregon, Brother Bruce Susan Lang of Dallas, Oregon, Brother, Jim Lang of Coos Bay, Oregon and 4 grandchildren. In his memory and lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children hospital as this was his favorite charity. Funeral Service will be 10:00am Friday June 12th at Farnstrom Mortuary 410 Monmouth St. Independence, Oregon, after the service Bill will be cremated and his remains will be scattered at sea at a later date.
